Okinawa is the southern-most among Japanese prefectures and composed of 160 sub-tropical islands with diverse natural beauty including rain forsts and coral reefs and unique culture of the old Ryukyu Kingdom. Okinawa Island is the largest island of the southwest islands. There is a population of 1,000,000 in the capital of Naha.

To reach the Naha airport, you may first arrive at major international airports such as Narita, Tokyo(Haneda), Chubu, and Kansai in the Honshu Island of Japan and transit to a direct domestic flight. International transits from Seoul, Shanghai and Taipei are also available.

From the Naha Airport, Kariyushi Urban Resport Naha, the official meeting hotel to hold the registration and welcome drink on January 13th, can be reached by taxi in 15-20 minutes or by public bus No.99 in 25-30 minutes.

In the morning of January 14th, participants will meet at Kariyushi Urban Resport Naha and take a chartered meeting bus to move to Kise Beach, one of the best beaches located in the central part of Okinawa Island, where the meeting venue Bankoku Shinryokan and the official meeting hotel Kise Beach Palace Hotel are located.
